Japanese Crepes

Today I'm feeling that I wanna have some sweet desert. So I recognized I have ever eaten Japanese Crepes.
I saw the information about crepes in Japan.
It was begining in 2000 at Harajuku and after that there were many chain came up.
I wanna eat real crepes because I have tried in thailand. I took pudding with vanila ice cream and solf cream. Imagine how delicious it is!!  It was good but I thought i should be greater, if I can eat at Japan.

Pi Tuey's Birthday

On 15 th April is Pi Tuey's Birthday .
we had 4 short cakes after dinner. Pi Roya, she bought short cakes from Gunnarsons.
You know it is really good.
Sonja ( Pi Roya's dauther), she had chocolate mousse.
I got lime cheese cake. I tased Sonya's. It was better than mine, so I ate many bites.
She looked at me and asked me *why do you eat mine?*
I told her * Just taste it * ( but actually, many bites. ) He he he.

เหลียนเลยบอกซอนย่าว่า ก็แค่ชิมคะ แต่จริงแล้วกินไปหลายเลย ฮ้าๆๆๆ




Munk Muffin at Liljeholmen

I didn't have any plan after my work. I went home straight.
Ploy called me around 1 pm. and we decided to meet at Liljeholmen.
We had Tuna Sallad...mmm...It was so good and low calorie.
Hehehe Before we separately went home, we had bought yummie Donut (Munk Muffin)
Fat Fat Fat but....I can't stop.

แฮะๆ ก่อนแยกกันกลับบ้าน ก็ซื้อโดนัดกัน
อ้วน อ้วน อ้วน แต่หยุดไม่ได้

Chocolate day

I made White chocolate Chiffon Roll and Chocolate Mousse Cake because my friend's husband's birthday was turning 40 years. She ordered Oreo Cake but I couldn't find Oreo. ((T_T)) Sorry!!
I did the thing that should be congenial for everyone.

50 pieces of Choux cream ordering

Auntie MiMi ordered 50 pieces of Choux cream yesterday.
I don't know between Thai choux cream and the original one how it's different?
This time, i will show Japanese choux cream and my choux cream that i make today.
I took the long time to change a ricipe almost 1 year and my sister's friend who often orders my choux cream.
She is the one tells me how it tase every time? Thanks a lot!! Finally, I had my own recipe.^^

Today I think about coffee shop in Sweden.
I wish someone opens coffee shop in Japanese style.
It will be very different by taking new bakery and created new things such as included Internet,
books like little libraly, waitress in pretty clothes etc.

SAKURA (さくら) from STARBUCKS COFFEE

In Tokyo, for last several days, It felt Spring just around the corner.

It becomes warmer with Cherry blossom (さくら, sakura) season is still a month away
 but at Starbucks coffee shops in Japan. I can feel it even if i was not there.

SAKURA steamer is steamed hot milk with "SAKURA" flavour. It says we canot see milk in subtle pink color in the cup though...
The scent of sakura comes from the pink powder on the top.

Auntie Mi Mi's Birthday

We celebrated in family on last Saturday. I got the idea what i wanted to bake for her.
We are big family, so i should find some thing that everyone can eat.

Oreo-Crusted White Chocolate Mousse Torte




Pink Banana Mousse

I just found Cutie Dessert.
The recipe come from 藤野真紀子のシンプルお菓子教室 (simple sweet lesson by Makiko Fujino) by Makiko Fujino.
When the party times come, the recipe that use liquor is needed.
For me there are many time that I love to have a bit of it in the dessert, because when use in moderation the liquor will bring a hidden charm without overwhelming.

Pink Banana Mousse

Makes 8 glasses (70ml/glasses)



Banana........................50g
Raspberry.................250g
Granulated sugar.......60g
Gelatin powder.............3g
Water........................1tbsp
Whipping cream.....150ml
Creme de cassis.......1tbsp




Put the raspberry in the food processor, and process to puree it. Strain to remove the pit.
Put the banana, sugar and raspberry puree into the food processor and process to combine.

Put the water into the microwavable bowl, sprinkle the gelatin into it, and let it soften.
Put the bowl in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds, and stir until melt.
Pour the gelatin into the mixture and stir to combine.



Pour the whipping cream and creme de cassis into the mixture and whisk to combine.
Pour the mousse into the glasses.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

This one for who loves Green Tea.
Maybe it sounds strange at here but in asia it's famous because they love everything with Green Tea
such as Noodles, Cakes, Beverage etc. 
Green Tea is very benefit for detox your body and remedy a cold.

I got this recipe 2 years ago and my sister and my all friends, they like it.


38g........Margarine
44g........Flour
3g(3/4tsp).......Baking Powder
70g........Milk
1........Egg(whole)
4........Egg(yolk)
Meringue 4........Egg(white)
75g........Sugar


Buttercream
1/2dl.....Sugar
2......Egg
3/4dl......Margarine
1tsp......pure vanilla extract

I have left riped banana at home, so i got the idea. I would bake Banana Cake.
I don't know if it's popula in Sweden? 
I think everyone loves Banana. Don't miss it.

Caramel sause
1/4dl  butter
     1/2   brown sugar
     1/3   whipping cream


Huge Straberry cake wz top White Chocolate

We celebrated my niece's birthday (Sonya 5 years) and I did Strawberry cake for her.
It almost took for 4 hours because I made 3 layers inside. There are vanilla sauce and strawberry with whipping cream.
Unfortunatly, I couldn't go her birthday because I had to work. She had a big party in 5 years at Art Corner in Stockholm.

Brownie wz cholate ganache top with Strawberry







   Today is my day off, so I baked Brownie. I adapted the recipe from the book as my own style.
If you have a free time, you can try baking this.

120g   Magarine
85g     Flour
15g     cocoa
60g     chocolate *your favorite chocolate*
60g     Pecan nut or what ever nut you like.
3         egg (yolk)
3         egg (white)
120g    sugar
1/2tsp  vanilla extract

 Hope you will enjoy with your brownie.
