On 15 th April is Pi Tuey's Birthday .
we had 4 short cakes after dinner. Pi Roya, she bought short cakes from Gunnarsons.
You know it is really good.
Sonja ( Pi Roya's dauther), she had chocolate mousse.
I got lime cheese cake. I tased Sonya's. It was better than mine, so I ate many bites.
She looked at me and asked me *why do you eat mine?*
I told her * Just taste it * ( but actually, many bites. ) He he he.

ทุกคนคงรู้น้า ว่ามันอร่อย
ซอนย่าเลือกชอคโกเลตมูส ของเหลียนชีสเคกรสมะนาว
แต่ของซอนย่ามันอร่อยกว่า เหลียนก็เลยกินไปหลายคำ
ซอนย่ามองมาที่เหลียน แล้วก็ถามว่า ทำไมกินของลูกหละคะ
เหลียนเลยบอกซอนย่าว่า ก็แค่ชิมคะ แต่จริงแล้วกินไปหลายเลย ฮ้าๆๆๆ

I didn't have any plan after my work. I went home straight.
Ploy called me around 1 pm. and we decided to meet at Liljeholmen.
We had Tuna Sallad...mmm...It was so good and low calorie.
Hehehe Before we separately went home, we had bought yummie Donut (Munk Muffin)
Fat Fat Fat but....I can't stop.

แฮะๆ ก่อนแยกกันกลับบ้าน ก็ซื้อโดนัดกัน

I and Roya, my sister has the same birthday on Apirl 10.
When I was young, I was really surprised about my birthday. 
Mom told me that I and my sister were born on the same date.^^
 Ploy's birthday is Apirl 8 and Tuey, Roya's sombo is Apirl 15.



So we had dinner party at Auntie Mi Mi on last Saturday.
There were many type of foods such as roasting chicken with sticky rice, Carrot Thai salad, Sushi etc. 

 
I did  special sushi rice vinegar.
Ploy rolled in side out sushi.

 
The foods were perfect but unfortunately, the dessert was not enough
because I didnt exactly know they would come all family.
This year, I got presents from Pi Ya, Ploy, Tim and Auntie Mi Mi.
I was satisfield with the presents and I thought I can use well. Wiii!!! ((Ö_Ö))

She said she choosed those because I went to her shop and I told her that I liked that sheet.
But The pink towel that she gave it to me because she saw my old one.
See!! how she is nice to me. ^^

Actually, I told her that I didn't have the present to her because I had no budget.
Anyhow, she gave it to me.....Ohhh!! I like  citrine colour.

My birthday outfit.

I decided to go back to the same restaurant at Liljeholmen
because I had to work at skärholmen on last wednesday and i didn't know where I wasted the time.
There was no better choice.
I took the Sushi stead of main course. Actually, I don't even eat Salmon because it was fishy smell.
But It was very surprising myself. I liked this menu.....I didn't smell fishy. Woo Hoo...It was so good too.
I could smell lime in the sushi rice, so that was why I can eat Salmon. ^^
Let's try to eat!!!

เหลียนกลับไปกินที่ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่เดิม ที่ Liljeholmen
ครั้งที่แล้วกินเป็นอาหารกลางวัน ไม่ค่อยประทับใจ
แต่คราวนนี้ลองสั่งซูชิ แถมเป็นปลาแซลมอลซะด้วย
แปลกใจมากที่ไม่ได้กลิ่นคาวเลย เหลียนได้กลิ่นมะนาวในข้าว เป็นแบบนี้หละมั้งทำให้ไม่ได้กลิ่นปลา
ลองไปกินกันดูนะคะ

I made White chocolate Chiffon Roll and Chocolate Mousse Cake because my friend's husband's birthday was turning 40 years. She ordered Oreo Cake but I couldn't find Oreo. ((T_T)) Sorry!!
I did the thing that should be congenial for everyone.

I'm really sure that you can't find this anywhere in Stockholm.

After my work, I hurried and came home for eating my breakfast.
It was too late...I easily cooked Thai Salad with tinned fish.
The taste depends on the seasoning, so you can make it by yourself.
Let's do it.

วันนี้หิวมากก หลังเลิกงานเลย
รีบกลับบ้านไปทำกับข้าว
ก็เลยทำสลัดปลากระป๋องแบบง่ายๆ แบบไทยๆ
แล้วก็ปรุงตามที่ตัวเองชอบ  

The Tinned Fish in tomato sauce and lime and red chilli and red onion.
If you have cilantro and spring onion, It will be great.
The other thing that you need....is Salt.

Slice red onion and Chilli and cut a piece of lime.

Then mix everything together and add more lime and salt in the way you like.
That's it!!! It take for 5 minutes. Every easy.....Yee Haaa.
Serve with rice.
