Brownie wz cholate ganache top with Strawberry







   Today is my day off, so I baked Brownie. I adapted the recipe from the book as my own style.
If you have a free time, you can try baking this.

120g   Magarine
85g     Flour
15g     cocoa
60g     chocolate *your favorite chocolate*
60g     Pecan nut or what ever nut you like.
3         egg (yolk)
3         egg (white)
120g    sugar
1/2tsp  vanilla extract
